Delete your NomiNest account
You can delete your NomiNest account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it:
Option 1 — From the app (recommended)
- Open NomiNest on your phone.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have access to the app, write to dev@nanara.co from the email associated with your account, with the subject "Delete account". We will process your request within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, in accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012.
What gets deleted
- Your adult account (email and sign-in identifiers).
- All data of the children in your care: sleep, feeding, hygiene, growth, health, milestones, routines and notes.
- All stored photographs.
What is retained, and for how long
- Backups are purged in the infrastructure provider's normal backup cycles.
- Only records that the law requires us to keep (for example, proof of the data processing authorizations granted) are retained, blocked from any other use.
